Organized by Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd., the event will be held at the Vehicle Research and Training Centre in Satungal, Kathmandu, marking the first time the Apache Racing Experience is being conducted in Nepal.

The event is open exclusively to owners of TVS Apache motorcycles, including RTR 160, RTR 180, RTR 200, and RR 310 models. Participants are required to present proof of motorcycle ownership along with a valid driving license in order to take part.

According to the organizers, the program will feature instructor-led riding sessions focused on core riding and track skills such as cornering techniques, braking control, throttle management, riding posture, and overall motorcycle handling. All riding activities will be conducted in a controlled environment with structured safety briefings.

The event follows a selection-based format, with rider performance forming part of the evaluation process. The top participant from the Nepal round will earn the opportunity to represent Nepal in a one-make championship at the Madras International Circuit in India, which is part of a broader international program spanning multiple cities and countries.

In addition to on-track activities, the event will include limited spectator engagement, with basic food and recreational stalls available at the venue.
